You will be receiving an invoice from us via email within 24 hours of the close of auction. Within the email is a safe and secure link to provide payment online via credit card and instructions for alternate methods of payment. If you do not receive the invoice or have any further questions please feel free to contact us again.

Shipping and handling will be included in your invoice total. After payment has completed processing, items should be shipped within 2-3 business days. Your shipment will be fully insured.

If you need assistance canceling an absentee bid, please contact the website’s customer support immediately. As long as the lot you placed an absentee bid on has not gone live you may change, or cancel, your absentee bid. If the lot has gone live, that means your bid has gone live as well, and we are unable to retract/cancel bids from a live auction, and bidders are liable for all winning bids on their account. As you have acknowledged by agreeing to our terms and conditions prior to bidding in this auction.

  • LiveAuctioneers users: You may overwrite an existing absentee bid on a lot by placing another absentee bid on the same lot for $1.
  • Invaluable/AuctionZip users: You may cancel absentee bids by going to the ‘My Bids’ section on your dashboard and clicking the cancel button for the lot you wish to cancel.
  • Proxibid: You will need to contact Proxibid directly to cancel an absentee bid.
